Super Food Mix

At our microgreens farm, we are proud to offer 1.75oz and 3.5oz packs of fresh and vibrant salad mixes of microgreens. These mixes contain a variety of greens including broccoli, purple top turnip, and red cabbage. The combination brings a nutty, balanced flavor profile perfect to bring a little more of that brassica flavor to any sandwich, salad, wrap, soup or a pinch straight from the fridge. It even boasts a bit of Vitamins K, E, and C, calcium, iron and beta-carotenes.
